根据学校的统一安排，由于校内房源紧缺，需要对已毕业或退学等国际学生宿舍行李进行处理。请仔细阅读附件3，附件4，若需要退宿，填写附件5，并发送给caocong@mail.zjgsu.edu.cn办理。
本公告三个月时间内仍无人认领的，学校将对相关物品进行集中处理。

Dear international student,
According to the unified deployment of the university, due to the shortage of dormitory, international students who have graduated or who have dropped out of the university, etc need to finish the checked-out procedures. Please read 附件3：关于认领长期积存校内物品的公告-Notice on Claim of Long-term Storage of Stuff, 附件4：关于国际学生校内宿舍行李处理的通知-Notice on Baggage Handling in On-Campus Dormitory for International Students, 附件5：退宿委托书-Letter of Authorization for Dormitory Check-out. If you need to do the check out process, please fill in 附件5：退宿委托书-Letter of Authorization for Dormitory Check-out and send it to caocong@mail.zjgsu.edu.cn.
If it remains unclaimed within three months, the school will conduct centralized processing of unclaimed stuff.
