罗富财

罗富财，1991.08生，2019年博士毕业于中国科学院，信息工程研究所，现为浙江工商大学副研究员。
主要从事公钥密码、格密码、全同态加密以及可证明安全理论的基础理论和应用研究。在CCF推荐会议和期刊上以第一作者身份发表20余篇论文，包括 IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, Designs, Codes and Cryptography, Theoretical Computer Science, The Computer Journal, ESORICS 2022等。主持一项国家自然科学基金青年项目。
